Zootopia 2 Is Finally Streaming On Disney+

Last year, Walt Disney Animation Studios released Zootopia 2, continuing the story of Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde. The sequel, which came nine years after the original film’s huge success, follows the Zootopia police officers as they investigate a new case that threatens their animal city, and reveals surprising secrets about Zootopia’s history and their own connection.
After a theatrical release last November, Zootopia 2 is now available to stream on Disney+ as of March 11th. The movie is accessible to all Disney+ subscribers worldwide. Disney waited 105 days before adding it to the streaming service – a bit longer than usual, but consistent with the release strategy for their most popular films, and Zootopia 2 is definitely one of those.
The highly anticipated sequel has been a critical and public success. Zootopia 2 has earned a ‘Certified Fresh’ rating on Rotten Tomatoes with a 91% approval rating from critics. However, audiences loved it even more, giving it a remarkable 96% score, making it incredibly popular.
The incredible success of Zootopia 2 at the box office proves just how much audiences loved it. The film shattered records, earning a remarkable $1.8 billion worldwide – making it the ninth highest-grossing movie of all time. With that total, Zootopia 2 is now officially the highest-grossing movie ever to receive a G or PG rating.

The movie is now available on Disney+, so if you missed it in theaters or want to watch it again, any Disney+ subscriber can stream it immediately. Why Zootopia 2 Is Worth Watching
If you haven’t seen Zootopia 2 yet, it’s a must-watch now that it’s available on streaming. It’s a really well-made movie – clever, hilarious, and surprisingly moving, with some important messages. Plus, the animation is beautiful, as you’d expect from Disney, making it enjoyable from beginning to end. Many consider Zootopia 2 to be one of Disney’s strongest animated sequels.
Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman are fantastic as Judy and Nick, and their connection feels even stronger this time. The movie also features some wonderful new actors, including Ke Huy Quan, Andy Samberg, Fortune Feimster, and Patrick Warburton, all of whom bring a lot of humor to their roles.

As a big fan of the first Zootopia movie, I can tell you this sequel really delivers even more of what makes the original so great. And honestly, I don’t think we’ve seen the last of Nick and Judy’s adventures – Disney seems to be hinting at a Zootopia 3 down the line.
