Honkai Star Rail Update 2.410 Patch Notes:

Version Update Details

1. New Areas

■ The Shackling Prison

For many years, a prison system shared by the inhabitants of Xianzhou and the Vidyadhara has been in place. This system primarily focuses on detaining individuals who break the law, particularly persistent wrongdoers and those committing heinous crimes.

2. New Characters

■ 5-Star character Yunli (Destruction: Physical)

As a devoted fan, I’d express it like this: “I’m all about Yunli! She’s got an aggressive style, and if anyone dares to attack her, she’ll instantly retaliate with a Blast Counter. But here’s where it gets really cool – when Yunli unleashes her Ultimate, she can lock onto enemies with a Parry. While in this state, she’s not just taunting them; she’s inviting attacks! And if anyone takes the bait, watch out, because as soon as she’s hit or the Parry ends, Yunli strikes back with a powerful Counterattack!”

■ 5-Star character Jiaoqiu (Nihility: Fire)

Jiaoqiu serves as a supportive character in combat. He applies Ashen Roast to adversaries, amplifying the damage they sustain and causing Burn Damage. Once Jiaoqiu unleashes his ultimate ability, he establishes a Field where enemies inside suffer more damage from ultimates.

■ 4-Star character March 7th (The Hunt: Imaginary)

On the fictional date of March 7th, the character named “The Hunt” is empowered by receiving guidance from her team members. She amasses energy or “Charges” through a combination of actions initiated by her mentor and herself, which enables her to launch stronger attacks.

3. New Light Cones

■ 5-Star Dance at Sunset (Destruction)

Obtainable through the “Brilliant Fixation” Light Cone Event Warp.

■ 5-Star Those Many Springs (Nihility)

6. Others

■ Enemies

1. Altered Names: Wolf Howler (Casket), Black Paw Wolf Rider (Sableclaw), Shadow Wolf Rider (Eclipse), Spirit Grasp Leader (Soulhook), Dark Star Destroyer (Starbane)

■ Gameplay

Treasures Lightward: Rotating Game Modes – Apocalypse Shadow, Pure Fiction, and Forgotten Hall: Memory of Chaos will switch up periodically. For further information, check out the details below:

Apocalyptic Shadow — Dominated Evils

2024/08/05 04:00:00 – 2024/09/16 03:59:00 (server time)

If an adversary equipped with Unyielding Defense has its Vulnerability shattered, significantly boost the actions of all allies by 100% and trigger their ultimate abilities.

Enemy units receive a 15% boost in damage from subsequent attacks, while their Counter damage also gets a 25% increase.

Pure Fiction — Words of Deceit

2024/08/19 04:00:00 – 2024/09/30 03:59:00 (server time)

As a fan, I’d rephrase it like this: “When my allies unleash their Ultimate, they can pile on Shatter effects onto the target up to 6 times. At the start of the enemy’s turn or when they are defeated, they take damage equal to the number of Shatter stacks, with nearby enemies also getting hit for a fraction of that damage.”

Memory of Chaos — The Big Sleep

2024/09/02 04:00:00 – 2024/10/14 03:59:00 (server time)

After each friendly attack, grant 1 “Memory Mark” to all allies. Allies with a Memory Mark deal 8% increased damage. This boost can stack up to 6 times. When a Memory Mark reaches its maximum, it instantly deals damage to all enemies based on a specific portion of their maximum health. At the beginning of each wave or cycle, remove all Memory Marks from all allies.

■ Others

On March 7th, I stumbled upon some fresh new pics adorning our gaming den’s wall. Finish the designated Trailblaze Missions, fellow adventurers, and you’ll be granted access to these captivating visuals!

Provides specific messages tailored for particular characters. These messages may be revised or upgraded in upcoming software updates.

In the Survival Index, you’ll find new character recommendations for Relics in both Cavern of Corrosion and Planar Ornament Extraction. To check out these suggestions, simply click on the character avatar icons located at the bottom left corner of each respective Relic set’s page.

As a fan, I’m thrilled about the new Recommended Relic Sort feature! With this enabled, my collection will be organized based on how closely each relic aligns with the recommended set, main stat, and subsidiary stats. This makes it a breeze for Trailblazers like me to find the perfect relics that suit our characters more effectively.

Improves the functionality of the Relic Filter and allows users to store Filter Plans. Pioneers can examine a character’s suggested Relic collection, including rarity, primary stat, and secondary stats, on the Relics page, and use these criteria to sift through Relics. After sorting, you have the option to save the current filter setup, which can be quickly reapplied in the future for more efficient sifting.

As a gamer, when I’m choosing my Relics, I can opt for the “Recommended” selection to view suggested attributes. These recommended attributes serve as filters, helping me sift through the Relics more efficiently. If the attributes of the chosen Relic align with the system-recommended ones, they will be accentuated in the Relic details, making it easier for me to spot the ideal match.

As a gamer, I can switch up my team dynamics on the fly during certain game stages. However, keep in mind that once I’ve made a change, the previous abilities and item effects won’t carry over.

Introduces interactive floor plans for the Seat of Divine Foresight and the Palace of Astrum within the navigation system.

▌Adjustments and Optimizations

■ Characters and Enemies

As a gamer, I’ve fine-tuned the automatic attack strategy for my character, Aventurine, specifically her Preservation: Imaginary ability, to ensure optimal usage during battles when certain conditions are met.

Enhances the automatic battle strategy for the way Dan Heng (Imbibitor Lunae, Destruction: Imaginary) and Qingque (Erudition: Quantum) deploy their Blast Basic attacks.

Optimizes the enemy boss’s behavior in the map when entering the Apocalyptic Shadow stage.

■ Combat

As an avid gamer, I’ve taken it upon myself to enhance the in-game descriptions for Break Effect and Max Energy. These changes won’t alter the true functions of these stats, but they should make them clearer and more engaging for fellow players. Here’s a draft:

Adjusts the BGM played when fighting certain enemy units.

Adjusts some combat BGM performance.

■ Missions

Adjusts the programming functions regarding cinematics.

■ Gameplay

In the Memory of Chaos game, during Dissipation of Dreams Stage 12 Node 2, we’ll switch from “Present: Inebriated in Revelry” to “Tomorrow: Harmonious Chords.” This change doesn’t impact the enemy and ability dynamics within the stage.

■ System

Adjusts the instructions text regarding “Remote Cycrane” in the Tutorials.

Adjusts the character information presentation in the database system for Trailblazer and March 7th. The character’s page will now show varying details based on their current journey or path.

Optimizes the display of information on certain enemy species in the data bank.

Optimizes the interface display of the Ornament Extraction tab in the Interastral Peace Guide

Deletes the “Exploratory Excursion” page from all missions, without changing the actual rewards earned upon mission completion.

■ Audio

1. Alter the English voices of the characters Argenti (Wisdom: Physical), Huohuo (Wealth: Wind), and Tail. Furthermore, the problem where Argenti’s (Wisdom: Physical) missing English voice-over in some past dialogue scenes from the story has been rectified.

Updates will be made to the voice acting for the character Moze from The Hunt: Lightning in Version 2.5, altering some of her dialogue.

Optimizes the sound effects and the feedback when hitting targets in Hanu Wars.

Enhances the English vocal performances specifically for the characters “Firefly” (for Destruction: Fire), “Boothill” (for The Hunt: Physical), “Silver Wolf” (for Nihility: Quantum), and “Yanqing” (for The Hunt: Ice).

Enhances specific English voiceovers for the Trailblaze Missions “Penacony — Farewell, Penacony” and “Penacony — In Our Time,” to ensure clarity and emotional impact.

Improves or adjusts specific instances of English dialogue within the “Trailblaze Mission” Xianzhou Luofu – Tranquil Amidst Turmoil, to ensure they are grammatically correct.

Adjusts or improves some dialogue voicelines in English that contain errors, specifically within the “Xianzhou Luofu – Sojourners’ Ghastly Reverie” extension of Trailblaze Continuance.

Improves the inconsistencies in the English voice-over script for character Luocha, particularly during his conversations at The Express, where certain dialogue lines are incorrectly recorded or written.

Modifies specific Korean dialogues for the characters Firefly (Destruction: Fire), Serval (Erudition: Lightning), Yukong (Harmony: Imaginary), and Sushang (The Hunt: Physical) in the game.

As a dedicated gamer, I fine-tuned the Korean dialogue for the Trailblaze Missions: “Penacony – The Sound and the Fury”, “Penacony – In Our Time”, and “Penacony – Farewell, Penacony”. I aimed to make these missions even more immersive by enhancing the voice-overs in Korean, ensuring a captivating gaming experience for fellow gamers who prefer this language.

Improves the Korean dialogue voices in the “Clockwork” game mode for “Clockie: Dreamjoy Memoir”. This ensures that players who speak Korean will have an enhanced gaming experience with clearer and more natural-sounding dialogues.

Adds new Korean dialogue voice overs for when NPC “Bronya” visits the Astral Express.

■ Others

As a dedicated fan, I personally tweak the lighting angles to highlight specific characters on the Artisanship Commission and Divination Commission maps, ensuring an immersive experience for fellow enthusiasts.

Streamlines the presentation of storage usage during the process of downloading resources on mobile devices under specific conditions.

▌Bug Fixes

■ Characters and Enemies

Addresses a problem that occurs when Firefly’s Chrysalid Pyronexus Talent (from Destruction: Fire) fails to maintain its full DMG reduction effect while Firefly is in the “Complete Combustion” state and her current health is at its highest level.

Adjusts an anomaly that occurs when Firefly’s special ability lands in an unusual location on the map, under specific circumstances.

Addresses the problem that the interaction between Firefly’s “Module β: Autoreactive Armor” Trace and the conversion of Toughness Reduction to Super Break Damage from Destruction: Fire wasn’t working as intended.

Modifies an occurrence in specific situations where the character Firefly (Fire Destruction) unexpectedly plays voice clips intended for her Full Burn state, even when she’s not in that state during combat.

As a passionate gamer, I’d like to address an intriguing problem that occasionally arises when my ally unleashes their Ultimate on enemy targets during the activation of Firefly’s (Destruction: Fire) ability in combat, specifically under specific conditions. This scenario can lead to abnormal user interface effects on the enemy’s Health Point display. I believe a fix for this issue would significantly enhance the gaming experience, making it more immersive and enjoyable for all players.

Addresses a problem that prevents Ultimates from being utilized for a brief period following teammates removing the Dominated effect under specific circumstances.

Solves a problem that makes Dan Heng – Imbibitor Lunae’s (Destruction: Imaginary) dragon horns disappear whenever he is close to a particular location at the entrance of the Divergent Universe.

Resolves a problem occurring under specific conditions, where Gallagher’s (Fire Abundance) Organic Yeast Trace is erroneously shown in the Action Order. However, rest assured that this glitch does not influence the actual Trace’s effects.

Corrects a problem with the shadow in the portrait of the Male Trailblazer (Harmony: Imaginary), which appears incorrect.

As a long-time fanatic of the game, I’ve encountered my fair share of technical glitches and inconsistencies. One issue that has recently caught my attention is the malfunctioning of the DMG Boost effect from the Light Cone ability “Unfulfilled Yearning” in specific scenarios when using the character Blade (Destruction: Wind) with the Light Cone “The Unreachable Side (Destruction)” and transforming into the Debt Collector. This problem has caused me some frustration, as I’ve found myself unable to maximize my gaming potential due to this oversight. It would be wonderful if the developers could address this issue promptly so that I can continue enjoying the game without any hindrances.

As a dedicated fan, I’ve noticed an unusual issue with Xueyi’s (Quantum Destruction) ultimate attack against the Harmonious Choir: The Great Septimus. Specifically, the reduction in their toughness seems to be significantly lower than expected after she unleashes her powerful strike.

In specific situations, when Herta (Ice Erudition) carries the Light Cone “Eternal Calculus (Erudition)” and utilizes her Talent’s consecutive strike, there might be a possibility that she can’t activate the Light Cone skill “Boundless Thought” to boost her speed.

Addresses an occurrence in specific situations where the extra Charge impact of Jade (Erudition: Quantum)’s Eidolon 1 might fail to activate as expected.

As a gamer, I’ve sorted out an issue that occurred when my character, Luka from Nihility: Physical, unleashed his Enhanced Basic ATK. Instead of disappearing as it should, the ability’s unique effect persisted abnormally. Now it works properly!

Fixes an issue where the lighting effects are abnormal in the character Eidolon interface.

Fixes issues with certain character models, visual effects, and movement animations.

As a gamer, I’ve sorted out an annoyance in the game where, when the Dreamjolt Troupe’s Beyond Overcooked and their Beyond Overcooked (Bug) have accumulated a particular level of Stove Heating, they wouldn’t activate Kitchen Mishap even if they were Weakness Broken. Now, it should function as intended!

Addresses an anomaly that occasionally causes enemies named Cirrus and Cirrus (Full) to receive undesired debuffs under specific conditions.

■ Combat

Fixes certain enemy sound effects being abnormal in battle.

As a gamer, I’ve noticed that the sound effects for some of Abundance Sprite: Malefic Ape’s on-hit abilities are way too loud and overwhelming. So, I’ll be adjusting these sounds to a more balanced level so they don’t deafen my ears during gameplay!

Addresses an occurrence where, when the character Robin (Harmony: Physical) employs her skill, allies in a Restrained or Morbid Dream state fail to gain the benefits of her skill’s buffs.

As a gamer, I’ve fixed an oddity that occurred when my characters were under control, and someone else unleashed their ultimate move at certain moments. This glitch would sometimes cause confusing visual sequences to appear in the Action Order, but it didn’t actually impact the abilities’ real effects on the game.

Resolves the problem that occurs when characters enter the Alien Dream state; during an attack, their voice and visual responses become irregular or unusual.

As a seasoned gamer, I’ve noticed an oddity that happens when I engage in combat after chatting up a Stagnant Shadow in the game world. The order of my character’s actions seems to be all jumbled up, which can really throw off my strategy. So, I’d love it if this issue could be addressed and my characters line up properly on the Action Order again.

As a gamer, I’ve noticed an oddity with the “Duran, Dynasty of Running Wolves” Planar Ornament. When my characters aren’t fully stacked on Merit, the set’s 2-piece effect would behave unexpectedly. But fear not! This issue has been addressed now. From this point forward, the true 2-piece set effect of the “Duran, Dynasty of Running Wolves” Planar Ornament will function as it’s intended to according to its ability text.

■ System

Fixes an issue where the Combat tab in the Tutorials is not displayed.

Adjusts a problem that involves the wrong description of effect text for the Curio Shining Trapezohedron Die within Divergent Universe. Rest assured, this adjustment doesn’t alter the actual effect of this Curio.

Resolves a visual issue on the interface when you’re checking another user’s Trailblazer Profile in specific situations.

■ Missions

Resolves a problem that causes specific Non-Player Characters (NPCs) to act unusually during cutscenes in the Trailblaze Mission titled “Penacony — Farewell, Penacony.”

■ Gameplay

In the Divergent Universe, a problem is resolved whereby the data on characters downloaded previously gets incorrectly reverted back to default upon restarting the game.

Addresses an anomaly in specific situations that causes the Charge advancement of the Whimsicality effect within Pure Fiction – Out of Thin Air to appear incorrectly, but the genuine Charge remains unaffected.

Addresses a problem where some Support characters’ abilities persist longer than usual during combat when they are summoned using the Planar Ornament Extraction feature.

Addresses an occurrence in specific situations, where the Curio The Doctor’s Robe fails to operate effectively when the wearer has already acquired 3-star Equations in the Variable Cosmos.

In specific situations, stopping excessive conversion in Planes 1 and 2 within the Divergent Universe without proper measures might prematurely halt the ongoing exploration process in that universe.

Revises an inconsistency: The combat effect of the Curio Robe of Beauty within the Divergent Universe will now match its stated effect as written, ensuring harmony between the two.

Addresses an occurrence within the Divergent Universe, specifically when combat is engaged and the Curio Fortune Glue is acquired in specific situations: it prevents this unique item from getting destroyed excessively.

Addresses an anomaly that allows certain abilities within the Divergent Universe to unusually dispel the effects of Curio Joyous Incense prematurely.

Addresses an occurrence within battles, specifically when extending the Equation Molten Knight in the Divergent Universe: Enemies might unexpectedly materialize following a brief pause under specific conditions.

As a gamer, when I encounter situations where my Scholar of Candles’ magical aura doesn’t function as expected, especially when I’ve upgraded the Equation Scholar of Candles and have the Curio Thalan Toxi-Flame in my inventory, I now know that it’s just a minor glitch. To resolve this issue, I simply need to save my game, exit, restart the game, and then reenter the area where I was experiencing the problem. This simple workaround seems to fix the Scholar of Candles’ effect for me, allowing me to continue my adventure uninterrupted.

Resolves instances where, under specific conditions, the Equation Firework Master’s effect might erroneously activate following its expansion.

Improves a problem where certain impacts of the Equations Repairman and Pyromaniac abilities fail to show up in the Real-Time Battle Perspective user interface within the Divergent Universe.

Revises the description of the Blessing “An Extra Person’s Diary” within the Divergent Universe, ensuring its accuracy without altering the true impact of the blessing itself.

Adjusts the problem with the description of the Weighted Curio “Revitalization-310” within the Divergent Universe, ensuring its lore is more precise without altering the Weighted Curio’s real effect.

In simpler terms, when you activate either Occurrence Elation I or Elation II in the Simulated Universe (during the Swarm Disaster) for the first time, and then move to the subsequent area, there’s a possibility that it won’t be an Adventure Domain. This issue will now be addressed.

■ Audio

Fixes an issue where the audio effects sound abnormal when enemies use Taunt effects.

Fixes certain incorrect Japanese voice overs in Ruan Mei (Harmony: Ice)’s character voice lines.

Revises some inaccurate Japanese dialogue in the Trailblaze Continuance “Herta Space Station – When the Stars of Ingenuity Shine.” (Or alternatively, “In this installment of Trailblaze, we’ve corrected some missteps in the Japanese voice-over for ‘Herta Space Station — When the Stars of Ingenuity Shine.'”)

Revises some misaligned Japanese dialogue in the mission “Beyond the Snowy Wastelands.” (Companion Mission)

Adjusts the problem in the Japanese dubbed version, specifically with the dialogue lines for NPC Pela during her visit to the Express, which contain errors.

■ Environment Visuals

Enhances the map graphics to display correctly following specific actions, particularly when transitioning to the Scalegorge Waterscape or Dream’s Edge maps.

Fixes the issue where some sound effects are played abnormally in certain maps.

■ Others

Solves the problem that occurs when the ‘Land’ action isn’t possible by tapping a custom button following the activation of Firefly (Destruction: Fire)’s Technique, as the Technique button doesn’t utilize the standard button instead.

Fixes an abnormal depth-of-view display issue for some interfaces under certain graphical settings.

Modifies the visual aspects of mission rewards without altering the real rewards themselves for certain missions.

Adjustments, optimizations, and fixes have been made to the in-game texts across 13 languages. These alterations don’t impact the game’s effects. To change the game language, Trailblazers can navigate to “Phone — Settings — Language” and witness the updates reflected in the announcements.

That seems to be it for Honkai’s latest major update. Enjoy the new content, trailblazers!
