New information about Honkai: Star Rail‘s upcoming version 2.5 has been unveiled through recent leaks. Among other things, two new Light Cones are expected to be made available. In the past few days, numerous leaks regarding the contents of version 2.5 have emerged online. One leak even displayed in-game models of Moze and Lingsha. There’s a buzz that this update will bring an array of content, such as planar ornaments, characters, and bosses.
Similar to past releases, Honkai: Star Rail‘s update 2.5 will offer numerous items such as Light Cones and decorative planar elements. These items can enhance your characters within the game by being used in the Simulated Universe mode, limited-time banners, or potentially even as event rewards, though this is less certain.
As an avid fan of Honkai: Star Rail, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news based on recent leaks from the game’s development team at Dim. In the upcoming version 2.5, we can anticipate the addition of two new Light Cones! The first one is called Scent Alone Stays True, which is a five-star Abundance weapon. This Light Cone significantly enhances my character’s Break Effect by an impressive 60%. Furthermore, upon entering Woefree state and attacking an enemy with my ultimate, I will receive at least a 10% bonus damage. The artwork for Scent Alone Stays True is truly captivating, showcasing the beautiful design of Honkai: Star Rail’s Lingsha.

Instead of “Shadowed By Night is a four-star Hunt Light Cone that enhances the user’s Break Effect by 28%. When entering combat or inflicting Break damage, it grants a 8% speed boost for two turns. The item showcases stunning artwork of Honkai: Star Rail’s Moze, an upcoming playable character in version 2.5.”
Based on recent reports, it appears that players of Honkai: Star Rail will need specific items to advance Scent Alone Stays True and boost Shadowed By Night. These include Immortal Scionette, Alien Tree Seed, Nourishing Honey, Immortal Aeroblossom, Myriad Fruit, and Immortal Lumintwig for the upgrade, and Meteoric Bullet, Artifex’s Module, Destined Expiration, Artifex’s Cogwheel, Countertemporal Shot, and Artifex’s Gyreheart for the enhancement.
