IShowSpeed wants to stream One Piece hunt after creator drops truth in the ocean

Okay, so I’m a huge IShowSpeed fan, and you won’t BELIEVE this – he’s planning to stream himself trying to find the One Piece treasure! Apparently, the creator of the series, Eiichiro Oda, actually put it at the bottom of the ocean, and Speed is determined to find it and stream the whole thing. It’s going to be wild!

Nearly thirty years ago, the legend of One Piece – an incredibly valuable treasure – first emerged. Ever since, pirates around the globe have been relentlessly searching for it. But what is this legendary treasure?

It’s still a big mystery, but while Monkey D. Luffy has long been searching for the famous treasure, it looks like IShowSpeed might be joining the hunt too.

With the truth now revealed, Speed has proposed broadcasting his search online.

IShowSpeed wants to stream his search for the One Piece mystery

On March 3, 2026, Eiichiro Oda, the creator of One Piece, revealed a major secret. For the first time ever, the full story of the legendary treasure has been recorded in a clear and understandable way.

The only problem is the message is quite secure: it’s folded, locked in a tiny chest, sealed in an airtight sphere, and sunk to the ocean floor. We don’t know exactly where in the ocean, though – if we did, finding it would be simple.

“The truth will rest far beyond anyone’s reach,” a narrator said in the accompanying video.

After watching the video, popular YouTuber IShowSpeed was shocked by what he saw. He jumped up and shouted “We gotta go!” several times, hinting that he might seriously consider following up on it.

“Where in the ocean did it fall?” Speed asked. “I think I’ll live stream my search for it.” He added with excitement, “I have to find the One Piece!”

IShowSpeed is planning a live stream where he’ll attempt to find the legendary One Piece treasure, which is said to be hidden 600 meters underwater!

Popular streamer IShowSpeed, who’s a big fan of One Piece, has dressed up as the main character, Luffy, before. He’s even said he talked to someone who works on the anime and got their okay to stream all the episodes on his channel.

It’s unclear if he’ll investigate this mystery, especially since we don’t know much yet. Searching would require significant underwater gear, and broadcasting it would be even more challenging. However, if anyone could pull it off, it might be the Streamer of the Year in 2025.
