This summer, Pitbull is trying to break a Guinness World Record in the UK. He wants to get the largest number of people ever wearing bald caps together at his London concert.
The rapper from Miami plans to try and break a record on July 10th while performing at the BST Hyde Park Festival. Lately, more and more of his fans have been imitating his style – a shaved head, suit, and sunglasses – and showing up to his concerts with bald caps, sometimes filling entire sections of the venue.
Get ready, Guinness World Records! On July 10th at Hyde Park, all the ‘Bald-E’s’ are aiming to make history. Putting on that bald cap means you’re in for an unforgettable time. We’re so grateful for all the support and dedication, and we just want to say thank you! – Dale, the rapper announced.

Where did the bald cap thing come from?
The idea for a world record attempt started when BBC Radio 1 host Greg James texted the rapper Pitbull, suggesting he try to gather the most people wearing bald caps in a single place. Pitbull responded that someone on his team would look into it.
It’s been so cool seeing more and more Pitbull lookalikes at his shows lately! I remember reading an interview with him from after a London concert in June 2025 where he said it started back in 2021 – he noticed just a few fans dressing like him then, but it really took off internationally after that.
“Maybe out of 20,000-30,000 people coming to the show, you’ll see a thousand,” he said.
We expanded our operations to London, and it was an incredible experience. It truly sparked a new wave of innovation and took things to the next level.
He’ll be attempting to break the world record live on stage during his performance at BST Hyde Park in London on Friday, July 10th.
