The NBA 2K26 Season 4 Release Date is Friday, January 9th, 2026 at 8AM PT/11AM ET.
NBA 2K players can look forward to fresh content in both MyCAREER and MyTEAM, just like in previous seasons. A new season pass is also coming, offering 80 free rewards to unlock as you play. We’ll have a full list of rewards when Season 4 releases, so stay tuned!
NBA 2K26 Season 4 Patch Notes
As of today, the details for NBA 2K26 Season 4’s update haven’t been released yet. We expect to have more information next week. The previous update, which came out in November 2025, included overall gameplay improvements and changes to various game modes.
What To Expect In Season 4
Season 4 will include a new Season Pass with rewards for both MyTEAM and MyCAREER. The good news is you can earn XP by playing either mode – if you only play MyCAREER, you’ll still get the MyTEAM rewards! Plus, we’re also releasing another Pro Pass with even more rewards available for purchase.
The upcoming season will probably include fresh content for The W mode, such as new Seasonal and Weekly Challenges. We might also get more Community Builds, and there could be an update for the MyTEAM mobile game.
