Paul Dano is receiving an outpouring of support after Quentin Tarantino recently criticized his acting. Following Tarantino’s comments calling him a weak link in There Will Be Blood, many of Dano’s fans have voiced their appreciation for his work. Ben Stiller, who directed him in Escape from Dannemora, was quick to call him “brilliantly talented.” Now, Patrick Schwarzenegger, who will be co-starring with Dano in the upcoming thriller Bunker, has also shown his support. With so much positive attention, some are jokingly calling this a “Dano-ssance” – a period of renewed appreciation for his work.
