Noted UK YouTube personality and hip-hop artist Yung Filly has denied the accusations of sexual misconduct leveled against him, stemming from his 2024 tour in Australia.
29-year-old Barrientos launched his Australia tour on September 27, 2024, at Bar1 nightclub, located in Perth. The tour was planned to continue until October 6, wrapping up at the Promiseland music festival in Gold Coast.
At the start of October, a young woman claimed that she was sexually assaulted in a hotel room, which belonged to a rapper, approximately three days following his initial performance at Bar1 on September 27th. She reported this incident to the Western Australia Police.
In a turn of events, Barrientos was transferred from Queensland to Perth. On October 10, his legal representative successfully secured his release on bail at the Perth Magistrate’s Court.
After that incident, Filly has been subjected to more intensive legal examination, and may face imprisonment due to being clocked driving at approximately 159kph, which is close to 100mph, in an area with a speed limit of 100kph (62mph).
In simpler terms, the British YouTube personality and DJ known as Yung Filly has been accused of speeding at approximately 158 kilometers per hour while under bail in Perth. This charge comes amidst his legal proceedings, which require him to remain in Western Australia until a court hearing in December. The charges against him earlier this year were related to allegations of sexual assault and rape.

Outside the Perth Magistrates Court following his hearing, Filly was approached by photographers who wanted to know if he had any comments regarding the current situation.
Instead, the rapper merely gave a cheerful greeting to the reporters and quickly headed into a car.
“Good afternoon,” Filly said. “Enjoy the weather man, it’s a lovely day!”
Currently, Yung Filly is still on bail, with stringent rules in place, and an extra AUD 100,000 ($62,984.50 USD) required as a bond.
In late 2024, the announcement of Barrientos being accused of sexual assault sent shockwaves through the UK YouTube community, leaving his peers speechless.
Due to the allegations, Filly’s performance with Chunkz was called off, and many of his peers chose to keep their distance, expressing they would wait for the conclusion before voicing their opinions on the matter.
