2024 saw Spanish authorities launching an investigation into the well-known internet figure and hip-hop artist, Yung Filly, due to allegations of a second sexual assault charge against him, which emerged in the summer.
Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, better known as Yung Filly, is at present dealing with accusations in Australia, stemming from an alleged incident that occurred during his music tour in Perth, Australia, in September 2024. The woman involved claimed that he had sexually assaulted her in his hotel room following the opening performance.
In October, Filly was taken into custody in Australia for multiple offenses. These offenses encompassed three instances of causing physical harm, one count of strangulation, and four incidents of non-consensual sexual penetration.
In March 2025, Filly made a court appearance concerning the September incident of the previous year. During this appearance, he pleaded not guilty. However, new attention has been drawn to him as another woman has accused him of separate incidents that allegedly took place before his Australian legal battle.

2025 news articles from the United Kingdom stated that a British woman accused Filly of assaulting her during summer 2024 at his hotel in Magaluf, a coastal town on the Spanish island of Majorca, following one of his performances.
The woman declared that Filly acted inappropriately towards her, following a consensual encounter between her and one of his friends. Subsequently, she disclosed this disturbing event to the British authorities shortly after returning to the United Kingdom from her trip.

Law enforcement officials shared details about the case with the Spanish National Police (Civil Guard), who are currently investigating the matter in a court in Palma. As per reports from British media sources, it’s alleged that a magistrate has requested Australian authorities to interrogate the YouTuber as part of Spain’s ongoing legal proceedings against him.
After being taken into custody in October in Australia, Filly faced potential imprisonment due to being caught driving at 159 kilometers per hour (approximately 100 miles per hour) in a zone with a speed limit of 100 kilometers per hour (62 miles per hour). At present, he continues to stay within the country as he waits for his next court date on June 13, 2025.
