In numerous instances, whenever the ball got passed to the opposite side, you would adjust your camera and resume running. However, there seems to be an issue with the speed of the animation during this sprint, which could mean that you might not reach in time to grab the ball before it’s too late.
Using a mix of a defensive posture (using left ctrl + space on PC, L2 + X on PS5, or LT + A on Xbox) along with rotating the camera towards your desired direction and running ahead will allow you to perform a jump. Additionally, you can channel that additional exertion to achieve an even swifter pace and cover a considerably larger span. This strategy is particularly effective when you apply it at the very instant of employing extra effort, just as the bar nears depletion. Primarily, this move grants you a speed surge, and even after the extra effort subsides, the enhanced dive persists, effectively prolonging the impact of this mechanic.
