Krispy Kreme collaborates with Bandai Namco on a unique series of Pac-Man doughnuts. Here’s what we currently understand about these treats.
A well-known donut shop has collaborated with numerous other companies before, even ones that became incredibly famous on various social media platforms.
While they’re not consistently found in the U.S., there have been instances such as the Barbie donuts exclusive to the UK in September 2024, or their collaboration with the TV show Friends in June of the same year, which weren’t available here.
As a passionate admirer, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined forces with Bandai Namco and Krispy Kreme to bring to life an exceptional collection of Pac-Man-themed doughnuts! These delightful treats are now available for fellow fans to savor.
Krispy Kreme launches Pac-Man donuts
starting from Monday, May 12th, the recently introduced donuts reminiscent of old-school video games can be found at Krispy Kreme and will remain there until June 1st, 2025.
The website indicates that the individual price for each of the three donuts is $2.69. Alternatively, you can purchase a set of three for $7.49 or a special dozen bundle for $19.99. If you’re unable to visit a Krispy Kreme store, they will also be selling a six-pack at Walmart, Kroger, Publix, and other locations.
This Team Ghost donut showcases a sequence of tiny ghost characters traversing across part of the Pac-Man game display, and there are four round yellow pellets located on its right side. Unlike the standard glazed donuts, this one has a rich, chocolate-infused cream filling inside.
As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but marvel at the Krispy Kreme Strawberry Power Berry donut! Just like the iconic Power Berries from my favorite game, this treat embodies the essence of sweet strawberries, enveloped in a delightful cream that truly lives up to its name.
The third option, named “Pac-Man Party Donut,” boasts yellow buttercream frosting adorned with colorful sprinkles, along with a small plastic figure of the Pac-Man character.
As a diehard fan, I’m thrilled to share that starting from May 12 through May 14, my beloved Krispy Kreme is rebranding its iconic Doughnut Dots as “Pac-Dots”! And
From May 12th through May 18th, our company will be distributing 45,000 free donuts daily, from 7 AM to 9 AM and 5 PM to 7 PM. Or, you can grab your donut whenever your local store switches on their “Hot Light.
It’s not unusual for a timeless video game to team up with fast food brands; in fact, last April, McDonald’s launched its Minecraft Movie Meal, featuring a unique sauce and toys suitable for both children and grown-ups.
