In “Rampage,” the 22nd episode of ER’s seventh season, the story revolves around a shooting event, but this time, we already know the perpetrator: Derek Fossen.

He’s a father to a young boy who was taken away due to evidence of abuse against him. In the course of his violent outburst, he ultimately takes the lives of at least nine innocent people before being apprehended.
