xQc injures his wrist after competing in Sidemen Charity Match

On March 8, 2025, popular streamer xQc received medical care due to a wrist injury he sustained while acting as the goalkeeper for Sidemen FC during their charity match.

Near the conclusion of the football match, xQc managed two back-to-back stops, however, he got hurt during the second one.

Initially, he escaped injury from the first save, but the second one – a strong strike by YouTuber-turned-soccer-star Danny Aarons – made him wince noticeably before he collapsed onto the ground, holding his sore wrist.

xQc updates fans on wrist injury

I think my wrist is broken; I’ll get it examined when I get back home.

In this instance, he was playing the goalkeeper position for a second time at the Sidemen Charity Match – a post he initially assumed during the last event. Previous criticisms, even those from IShowSpeed and xQc, left him with a lot to demonstrate in this year’s game.

Pretty sure my wrist is fractured, will run X-rays when I get home 👎

At the 79th minute, one of his notable actions was making two crucial stops. In a nail-biting match where scores were level at 8-8, YouTube AllStars’ forward Niko Omilana tried to capitalize on KSI losing possession within Sidemen FC’s penalty area and take a shot.

xQc used his fists to keep the ball in play by knocking it back, which eventually reached Danny Aarons. He then attempted another shot towards the goal. However, xQc was able to save it once more, but the force of the impact on his wrist caused him discomfort, prompting concern from both teammates and opponents.

Even with the injury, he continued to play until the end of the game, which included the crucial penalty round.

In the end, it was the YouTube All-Stars who emerged victorious, largely due to outstanding penalty shootout performances from Sketch and Speed. Meanwhile, xQc’s contributions resulted in a respectable, yet not spectacular, total player rating.

After the excitement of winning, IShowSpeed lost his $20K worth of earrings during the celebrations that followed the match.
