As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, let me tell you, I am beyond excited for what XDefiant Season 2 has in store! The new ranked rewards have me drooling, and I can hardly wait to get my hands on those shiny new skins.
XDefiant Season 2 is nearly here, set for launch on September 24, and Ubisoft has given us a comprehensive preview of the exciting new content we can anticipate. Additionally, they have disclosed their strategies for resolving Netcode/Hitreg problems and enhancing game server performance.
The standout feature of Season 2’s update is the introduction of a fresh faction called the Highwaymen, boasting unique abilities such as the M79, Scrap Turret, and SAW Launcher.
Alongside these changes, we’ll see the inclusion of three fresh weapon types and locations within the upcoming update. Among them, the map titled “Waterfront” will debut at launch, whereas “Signal” and “Air & Space” are slated for release during the mid-season update.
Instead, let me rephrase that for you: Contrarily, these new weapons can be obtained without charge through the Battlepass. Additionally, players can engage in the Bomb! Mode. As shown during the official Season 2 livestream, two teams consisting of six players will face off against each other. The objective of attackers is to plant a bomb at a specific location, while defenders aim to either defuse it or prevent the attackers from doing so altogether.
As a fan, I’m excited to share that we’ve got some fresh character skins coming your way! These include the legendary Twitchy Paulo Skin, the epic skins for Nautilus (Malee and De Rosa), Sugar Rush Gia and Li’l T, Varsity Sebastien, and lastly, the epic Nautilus Singa Skin. Can’t wait to see these new looks in-game!
Additionally, the forthcoming weapon skins include the Nautilus AK-47 Skin, the Stone Aged M16 Legendary Skin, the Varsity ACR Epic Skin, the Sugar Rush TAC-50 Epic Skin, and the Sugar Rush SPAS-12 Epic Skin.
