Xbox Players Could Win A Golden Indiana Jones Themed Console--But It Won't Be Easy

As a long-time fan of Indiana Jones, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming release of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle! However, until that glorious day arrives, I find myself in a predicament: I yearn to feel like Dr. Jones in the here and now. Thankfully, Xbox has come to the rescue with their custom console and controller inspired by none other than our favorite archaeologist!

As a devoted fan, just two more months remain until “Indiana Jones and the Great Circle” graces Xbox Series X|S and PC. But if you’re yearning for an Indiana Jones experience right now, here’s something to get your adventurer spirit pumping! To commemorate the release, Xbox has designed a unique console and controller, adorned with the golden treasure reminiscent of Dr. Jones’ finds. However, there’s a twist: This console can only be claimed by solving intricate puzzles.

Beginning on November 12, enthusiasts can visit Microsoft Experience Centers located in London, Sydney, and New York, where they’ll find an intricately designed Indiana Jones-themed exhibit. The equipment within is housed inside a puzzle box modeled after the game, and visitors are encouraged to try their hand at solving it.

To join the sweepstakes, you need to figure out the puzzle. If you’re lucky, you could win not only the console and controller but also additional prizes! The contest runs until January 6, 2025.

Inside the intricate puzzle box lies an Xbox Series X console, boasting a vintage yet elegant design with a hint of gold reminiscent of the puzzle within the game. Accompanying it is an Xbox Wireless controller that could easily be mistaken for a museum artifact. This controller features a rugged leather aesthetic, golden accents, and precious stone-like buttons to prove you didn’t return from your adventure without any loot.

If players are unable to attend the centers, they might still have opportunities to win through Bethesda’s social media platforms. It was disclosed that over 350 hours were invested in crafting the custom hardware and designing the intricate puzzle box by Microsoft.

On December 9, you’ll have the chance to embark on the adventure of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, as it launches for both Xbox Series X|S and PC platforms. A version for PlayStation 5 is scheduled for release in the year 2025.
