Xbox Game Pass Adds More Free-To-Play Freebies For Subscribers

Xbox Game Pass subscribers have enjoyed exclusive benefits within certain free-to-play games such as League of Legends, Genshin Impact, and Overwatch 2. Now, Xbox has revealed that additional free-to-play titles will be providing extra rewards like in-game cosmetics, currency, and other perks to Game Pass members.

Four games – Heroes of the Storm, Naraka: Bladepoint, Smite 2, and The Finals – are now extending additional benefits on both console and PC to players who connect their Xbox accounts with each game. An official post from Xbox Wire also hints at more titles being added to this advantage list in April, with Call of Duty: Warzone, Enlisted, Asphalt Legends Unite, and War Thunder specifically mentioned.

The extra benefits coming today to Xbox Game Pass subscribers on consoles and PC are as follows:

  • Heroes Of The Storm
    • Unlock 30 heroes by linking a Battle.Net account to the Xbox Game Pass account
  • Naraka: Bladepoint
    • Logging in with an Xbox account will unlock all heroes, special Xbox-themed headwear, and the Phoenix Princess pack.
  • Smite 2
    • Linking an Xbox account will unlock a Smite 2 Welcome Pack, which includes five playable Gods, a new skin for Hecate, an emote, and a title.
  • The Finals
    • Linking an Embark ID to the Xbox account will unlock the Stryker Grid Set–which includes an outfit, three weapon skins, a charm, and a 25 percent boost to Match XP–as well as 500 Multibucks.

Xbox Game Pass currently provides free benefits including immediate access to over 160 champions in League of Legends, the Wings of Fate’s Course Intertwined gift in Genshin Impact, and all agents available (with day-one access to new ones) in Valorant.

Xbox Game Pass offers a vast collection of games spanning both Xbox and PC platforms for just $11 per month. New titles such as 33 Immortals, Blizzard Arcade Collection, Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island, and Octopath Traveler II have been added recently. The upcoming title Atomfall is expected to be available on the service when it releases on March 27.
