In the game Wuthering Waves, the primary storyline for Rinascita spans most of the region. However, some intriguing locations are saved for exploration quests. One such example is “Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms,” where players will work on dissipating a massive storm in the northeastern part of Rinascita.

As a devoted fan, I can’t help but share my excitement about an optional quest that takes place within the tempest-ridden ruins of Fagaceae Peninsula in the game WuWa. The reason being, one of the Nightmare Echoes is trapped there. Given the intrigue surrounding this character, players like myself might find it hard to resist completing this quest, regardless of its optional status.

However, be prepared for a long and challenging journey ahead. This isn’t a quick run; it requires careful planning and the best Resonators in your arsenal. So, buckle up and let’s embark on this lengthy adventure together!

Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms Walkthrough

This adventure task heavily emphasizes combat. To begin, make your way to the base of the southern ruins near Shores of Last Breath, then engage with the damaged Lumiscale Construct on the ground when you arrive. Here, you’ll find all the tasks required to complete this quest.

  1. Charge three steles in the marked areas.
  2. Return to and defeat the Lumiscale Construct.
  3. Chase after the Lumiscale Construct.
  4. Defeat the Lumiscale Construct.
  5. Defeat the Dragon of Dirge.

Charging the Steles

The steles on the altars associated with your quest will gradually accumulate power while you remain on the central, radiant circle. However, if an enemy intrudes into this radiant area, your progress may be halted, so make sure to eliminate them swiftly for optimal efficiency. If you stay away from the altar for an extended period, its energy might deplete.

In the latest 2.0 update, enhancements were made to both basic damage types (elemental) and their associated status impacts. Utilize these beneficial alterations effectively during battle.

Regarding the third group of stone monuments, initially, you should maneuver them into position prior to enemies appearing. If you’re finding it difficult to collect the damaged monuments, please reposition your character and camera so that a prompt appears on the monuments themselves, indicating where to interact.

Chase and Defeat the Lumiscale Construct

Here’s nothing extraordinary; return the Wingray to its original position, followed by a heavy assault on the Lumiscale Construct using your strongest Resonators. Once its health drops sufficiently, a cutscene will initiate, guiding you further into the ruins for continued exploration.

As you pursue the construct, be aware that the surroundings may grow increasingly dangerous. Keep an eye out for potential hazards like falling debris and lightning, and make sure to defeat any adversaries blocking your path. Eventually, you’ll encounter the Lumiscale Construct again, and this time you can finally vanquish it once and for all.

The Dragon of Dirge

As a gamer, I’ve come across some tough opponents, but this one’s a real challenge. If you’re not on your toes, it can chain attacks that either lock me up or take down my characters in a single blow. Keep an eye out for its breath and falling star attacks, and try to disrupt it as soon as possible. The smart move here is to wait for its big moves to wind up and then strike back quickly to stun it.

After vanquishing the dragon, your journey will reach its conclusion. This victory grants you entry to the remaining parts of Shores of Last Breath, encompassing all Dream Patrols within this region and the fearsome Nightmare Tempest Mephis in the grand arena situated at the peninsula’s northernmost point.
