World Of Warcraft: Midnight Beta Start Date And New Features Revealed

World of Warcraft‘s next big update, called Midnight, has been highly anticipated for a while. Starting November 11th, some players will get a chance to try it out in a beta test. Blizzard has just revealed the first information about what players can expect during this test period.

The test will invite experienced players, journalists, and a limited number of others. Blizzard says invitations will be sent out frequently during the test period. Players who bought the special Epic Edition of the game might also receive an invitation via email. Everyone should check their Battle.net account to confirm if their invitation is real.

The first phase of the beta will let you experience the first four areas of Midnight, and you might be able to play as a Void Elf Demon Hunter if you select that class. Players who bought the Epic Edition or preordered the game will get access to the expansion and the new player housing system starting December 2nd. If you’re eager to prepare, an add-on is available to show you which achievements you need to complete to unlock decorations and furniture for your home.

Players will have the option to create their own Haranir. Later in the beta testing phase, Blizzard plans to add new raids, Mythic+ dungeons, challenging high-level creatures, improvements to the user interface, and new cosmetic items for character customization.

Information discovered through data analysis points to a launch date of January 27, 2026, for Midnight, but Blizzard hasn’t officially confirmed this. A preview video showed the arrival of the Void Storm within the game world. Details about everything included in the Midnight beta test are listed below.
