Karsyn Bailee, who works as an actor, model, and content creator, says influencer Nick O’Neill—known online as Choose Rich—misled people by claiming she was his girlfriend. She says this happened after she was paid to be in some of his videos.
Bailee shared on X that she earned $400 for appearing in some short videos, and was assured she’d approve the content before it was filmed. She says she wasn’t informed that photos from the shoot would be used by O’Neill to announce they were dating.
Bailee says she didn’t approve the post or caption
Bailee said Nick O’Neill, who goes by ‘Choose Rich,’ posted something that upset and embarrassed her. She explained she was paid $400 to participate in some video skits, and while she approved the skits beforehand, she didn’t know this particular photo would be used or what the caption would say. She also said he wouldn’t tag her in any posts afterwards.
O’Neill first shared a photo of them together, announcing they were dating. However, Bailee quickly clarified the situation, and her statement spread rapidly online.
Nick O’Neill (Choose Rich) posted something that was misleading and embarrassing to me. I was paid $400 to participate in some video skits, and I made sure to approve what I was comfortable with beforehand. I wasn’t aware this picture would be posted, nor did I know what the caption would say. He also didn’t tag me in anything afterward.
