An Instagram user is gaining attention online for demonstrating how she accomplishes daily tasks using her feet, as she was born without arms.
Anna shares videos on Instagram showing how she handles everyday activities without arms. She demonstrates things like eating, using a computer, and doing her hair, giving viewers a glimpse into her adapted lifestyle.
Sisters use social media to show how they adapt to daily life
Anna and her sister, Teresa, both create videos online. They were born without arms due to a condition they have since birth, and have lived their whole lives adapting and thriving.
Growing up as adopted siblings, they were taught to rely on themselves and developed the unique ability to use their feet like hands.
Their videos capture everyday life, showing things like meals, typing, personal hygiene, showering, and even caring for pets.

The brother and sister had previously shared details about their lives in a YouTube video from 2024.
She explained that living with both arms missing means she’s always adjusting to a world not designed for her, and everything she does revolves around finding ways to cope with that.
The sisters also create videos together, using their online presence to challenge common misunderstandings about living with physical disabilities and show how they handle everyday life.
As a fan, it’s so heartwarming to hear Anna talk about having someone who gets it. She said it’s incredibly valuable to have a close friend who shares the same experiences as her, because honestly, they’re the only ones who truly understand what she’s going through. It’s just nice to know she has that support system!
I was so inspired by Teresa! Even though she gets a lot of negativity online, she’s using social media to really fight against prejudice. She even came up with this amazing phrase, ‘arms are overrated,’ as a way to push back and challenge people’s assumptions. It’s really powerful!
