Where To Find Gold Hercudromes In Monster Hunter Wilds

In the vast expanse of Monster Hunter Wilds, there dwell a variety of tiny inhabitants known as Endemic Life. These creatures vary from nuisance-causing small animals to minuscule bugs that might escape your notice entirely. Engaging with these Endemic Life forms can be part of side quests or simply a straightforward means to accumulate additional Guild Points.

In Monster Hunter Wilds, the rarer an endemic creature is, the greater the number of Guild Points you’ll earn or the better the rewards for finishing its quest. Among these elusive creatures, Gold Hercudromes are among the rarest you can find, and capturing one will require a significant amount of luck on your part.

Where To Find Gold Hercudrome In Monster Hunter Wilds

Gold Hercudromes can be found exclusively in specific areas within the Scarlet Forest: Area 2, Area 3, and a small portion of Area 5. It might seem restrictive, but they also only appear during the nighttime and under Fallow weather conditions. To increase your chances of encountering them, you can take shelter in your tent while in the Scarlet Forest to adjust both time and weather for optimal hunting periods.

Gold Hercudromes aren’t indicated on maps, and there’s no symbol or sign to assist in their recognition when they are spotted.

In the appropriate location with favorable circumstances, your goal is to spot trees that exhibit a conspicuous red flow, suggesting tree sap leaking out. On these saps, you’ll encounter various insects, but the one you need is a vibrant golden beetle-like creature. Despite their noticeable size compared to other bugs and overall distinct appearance, their extremely rare spawn will still make them difficult to locate.

Gold Hercudromes can appear on any tree within the specified regions, but their size could make them hard to notice unless you’re closely inspecting the tree as you pass by. Typically, only a single Gold Hercudrome will materialize at once. After capturing one, using your Guild Points and adjusting the weather and time can improve your chances of finding another one in this area under these specific conditions. Additionally, you might encounter other items or creatures here as well.
