During your adventures in Elden Ring Nightreign, you might come across merchants. However, it is at the Small Jar Bazaar within the Roundtable Hold where the most crucial purchases are made. This humble shop offers relics, emotes, and other items that become permanently available for all of your characters in Nightreign. But, what should you buy early on in the game?
In Elden Ring Nightreign, merchants can be found during expeditions, but important purchases are made at a shop called Small Jar Bazaar in Roundtable Hold. This store sells items like relics and emotes that remain accessible for all your characters. However, what should you buy first in the game?
In the beginning of Elden Ring Nightreign, The Small Jar Market is the sole location to use Murk currency. However, as you overcome a few more Nightlords and advance through the narrative, additional items can be obtained in exchange for Murk. Some players prefer to save their Murk at the start, but the upgrades offered at The Small Jar Market are worth considering and shouldn’t be dismissed.
Best Things to Buy at the Small Jar Bazaar in Elden Ring Nightreign
At the start of Elden Ring Nightreign, The Small Jar Bazaar has a modest selection of items. However, as you defeat more Nightlords and advance in the game, their stock grows significantly. So, it would be wise not to spend your Murk on Relics and emotes during the early stages of the game. Unless you’re planning to farm Murk by repeatedly embarking on expeditions, it would be more prudent for a new player to save their money instead.
Goblets

As a devoted fan, I can’t help but get excited about the recent update at the Small Jar Bazaar! With my first expedition successfully completed after defeating Tricephalos, this marketplace has now expanded its inventory to include a set of vital items – unique Goblets for each character in the game. These exquisite goblets are priced at 1200 Murk apiece and unlock new Relic Rites for the characters they’re designed for. It’s an amazing addition that adds another layer of depth to my gaming experience!
Unlocking a new Relic Rite for your character opens up the possibility to use new arrangements of Relics in your expeditions. Relics are categorized by colors, so they can only be placed into slots that correspond to their color. By unlocking a new Relic Rite, you’ll have access to different combinations and synergies for your character. For example, Ironeye initially has the ability to use one yellow and two green Relics, but with the unlock of his Goblet, he gains a new loadout with one red, one blue, and one yellow slot instead.
Skins

As a gamer, if the trinkets at the Small Jar Bazaar don’t catch your fancy, you can always hoard your Murk for some snazzy cosmetics further along in our journey through Elden Ring: Nightreign. At first, skins might not be an option, but once you’ve completed your second expedition and reached the Roundtable Hold, you’ll find a Dresser that allows you to customize your character’s appearance. Skins can be quite costly in Nightreign, so stashing away some Murk is definitely a smart move!
After purchasing your protagonist’s Goblet from the Small Jar Marketplace and saving some Murk for cosmetics, you’ll find yourself with extra Murk. Some of the Items sold at the Small Jar Marketplace can be useful for specific character builds, and before you know it, you’ll have more Murk than you can use. So, feel free to spend your excess Murk as you wish.
