WH40K Space Marine 2 - Servers Might Break, Be Prepared for that

As a seasoned gamer with years of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that server issues on launch day have become as common as a Chaos Space Marine in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. From Helldivers to NBA 2K and everything in between, it seems like every new release I eagerly anticipate faces some form of technical hiccup.

As a gamer, I can hardly contain my excitement for the launch of Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2! It’s finally hitting consoles and soon PC gamers, particularly those with early access or Gold/Ultra Editions, will get their hands on it. But here’s the thing – with so many eager players ready to jump in, server capacity might struggle to keep up. So, we might face a few hiccups along the way. Fingers crossed that everything runs smoothly!

WH40K Space Marine 2 – Servers Might Break, Be Prepared for that and don’t worry

To put it straight, I’ve noticed a pattern with the recently launched multiplayer games – they often encounter server issues at launch. Games like Helldivers 2, The First Descendant, NBA 2K25, and Throne and Liberty have faced similar challenges, to name a few. Given the unpredictability of player demand, it’s no wonder these occurrences aren’t too surprising

The team behind Space Marine 2 thought smartly by introducing early access, which offers them the advantage of testing their servers under more regulated conditions. However, we’ll have to wait and see if this approach proves sufficient. Here’s to hoping it does!

If server issues arise, please remain patient since such troubles tend to resolve swiftly. In the meantime, feel free to delve into the solo campaign, as multiplayer access may become available once more at a later time
