‘Watch the Skies,’ First Feature Film Dubbed Entirely With AI, Sets Distribution Deal With AMC Theatres (EXCLUSIVE)

An action-comedy in a foreign language is set to grace U.S. cinemas this spring, freeing viewers from the usual struggle with subtitles. In a groundbreaking move, this international movie will appear as if originally produced in English due to the wonders of artificial intelligence.

Despite being originally produced in Swedish, the supernatural adventure film “Watch the Skies” has been modified by AI company Flawless. They’ve adjusted the film’s visuals and audio to ensure that the characters’ mouth movements and dialogue are perfectly synchronized with English speech for our viewing pleasure.

AMC Theatres, the leading cinema chain in the U.S., has pledged 100 of its screens for the project across America’s top 20 markets. In collaboration with distributor XYZ Films, Flawless is planning to release the movie at cinemas nationwide on May 9th.

Producer Albin Pettersson declared that this development represents a significant shift in the movie industry, as stated in the behind-the-scenes featurette provided below. Originally known as “UFO Sweden,” the film will soon unveil its full trailer for the English version, which is due to be released next week.
