Previously working with MultiChoice Group and Showmax in South Africa, Viacom International in London and Amsterdam, Sperling is now set to work from Stockholm. His responsibilities will involve managing strategic program planning and operations for the company’s channel portfolios, which span across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

Sperling is set to play a crucial role in defining the vision and strategic path for Warner Bros. Discovery’s Nordic channels and platforms, as stated in an official announcement. His duties will encompass spearheading the creation of local productions for Max, with the goal of customizing its content to better suit the preferences of Nordic audiences.
