Vision Quest report reveals one key plot detail and Marvel villain’s return with a twist

As a gaming enthusiast, I’m excitedly anticipating the progress on “Vision Quest” at Marvel Studios. It looks like one of my favorite MCU antagonists is making a comeback, but this time, there’s a surprising turn in their storyline that has me intrigued and eager to see how it unfolds.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Vision once more ceased to exist (again) within WandaVision. However, an alternate version of him, known as White Vision, persists – a synthezoid that was rebuilt by SWORD and had been dispatched with the intent to eliminate both Wanda and her remaining Vision counterpart.

Towards the conclusion of the series, he gained Vision’s memories and departed from Westview, which was his last appearance or mention within the franchise.

In the year 2026, we can expect changes as Vision Quest delves into the subsequent events, and it may even feature a familiar voice.

Ultron to return in Vision Quest in human form

James Spader is set to reprise his role as Ultron in the upcoming series “Vision Quest.” It’s also been suggested by reliable source Daniel Richtman that we might see him appearing in a human form during the show.

In 2015, Spader first appeared in the movie Avengers: Age of Ultron, and it was announced last year by The Hollywood Reporter that he would be returning to his role again.

In the final scenes of the film, it appears that Vision defeated Ultron. However, it’s uncertain how Ultron will reappear in the subsequent series due to this apparent defeat.

Apart from other points made in the report, Richtman added that in “Vision Quest,” White Vision embarks on a journey to Madripoor, seeking both his lost memories and his sense of humanity.

Madripoor is a notorious fictional Southeast Asian island that’s known for its lack of law enforcement, and it holds great significance in the Marvel universe, particularly for fans who follow Wolverine’s storyline. This island was introduced in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series, where Sharon Carter, also known as the Power Broker, established her operational base on this very island.

Additional speculation surrounds the television series. Previously, it was stated by Richtman that Ruaridh Mollica will not be portraying ‘Tucker’, but rather Tommy Maximoff, also known as Speed, who is Wanda and Vision’s other son and Billy’s twin.

Terry Matalas, the producer of Vision Quest, shared with Katee Sackhoff: “Referring to White Vision isn’t something commonly used in our setting, but it accurately represents his identity. We’re focusing on this character and his storyline.
