On June 20th, EbMaster is set to bestow the EbMaster Virtuoso Award upon Brenda Song at the Bentonville Film Festival. This recognition will be in acknowledgment of her remarkable career accomplishments spanning both film and television. Notably, she has recently shone in the Netflix series “Running Wild,” which has just been renewed for a second season.
Brenda Song will engage in a Q&A session, focusing on her collaboration with Jenelle Riley from EbMaster, who praised her as an actor that fans have admired for many years. As seen on our screens since the beginning of her career to her roles in movies like ‘The Last Showgirl’ and captivating performances in ‘Running Point’, Brenda consistently demonstrates versatility across various mediums and genres. Song’s on-screen roles span various platforms, including David Fincher’s “The Social Network,” Amazon’s “Love, Accidentally,” Hulu’s “Dollface,” and Netflix’s “Secret Obsession.” She first gained prominence as London Tipton in the hit Disney series “The Suite Life” franchise and as the lead character in “Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior.” Additionally, she has a significant background in voice acting, working on Netflix’s “Blue Eye Samurai,” Disney’s “Amphibia” and “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder,” and Cartoon Network’s “Robot Chicken,” among others.

The Bentonville Film Festival, happening from June 16th through the 22nd this year, will present over 28 competition feature films, nine of which are world premieres. This event will kick off with the movie “East of Wall,” directed by Kate Beecroft, and recognize pioneers like Lucy Liu and Al Roker. The festival is led by Davis and is a production of the BFFoundation, in collaboration with founding partner Walmart and presenting partner Coca-Cola, to advocate for diversity in all media.
