Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 Delayed To October

In a recent announcement, Paradox Interactive and The Chinese Room revealed that Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is set to debut in October.

In his latest video message, executive producer Marco Behrmann shared that since our previous announcement, we’ve enriched the game with additional content, deepened the plot, fleshed out characters, and significantly expanded Fabien’s involvement within the storyline.

Furthermore, it was made clear by Behrmann that the game has been completed, however, the development team is currently working on squashing bugs, enhancing stability, and boosting performance to ensure players are having an enjoyable and top-notch experience.

In October 2025, Bloodlines 2 will make its grand debut! This move is aimed at delivering a top-notch gaming experience for you. To achieve this, we’ve decided to postpone all Dev Diaries temporarily, allowing our team (TCR) to focus solely on improving the game. Catch up on the latest updates here: [Link]

In recent ESRB ratings, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 was announced for another delay in its release date, which was originally scheduled for the first half of this year. First unveiled back in 2019 with an intended launch that year, it’s been a wait of six years since then.

In the course of its development process, Paradox decided to transfer leadership from Hardsuit Labs to The Chinese Room. Regrettably, this move led to job cuts at Hardsuit Labs, and the game almost didn’t proceed.
