Vampire Survivors is getting an online co-op mode this fall, letting up to four players team up to battle monsters! Developer Poncle is adding this feature in version 1.14, making the popular roguelike game even more fun – and less scary – to play.
Vampire Survivors is getting a new online co-op mode, as shown in a recent YouTube trailer. Players will be able to create their own lobbies or join existing ones using a unique ID number. It’s currently unknown if the game will support cross-play. According to the video description, you can explore stages with friends while they tackle challenges like Astral Stair or Room 1665 – but adding more players might not necessarily make the game easier!

Vampire Survivors added local co-op play about two years ago with update 1.6, but it limited both players to the same screen. The developers, Poncle, have suggested online co-op is coming, which would allow each player to have their own view of the game. They hinted at this possibility in 2023.
