UTA Signs ‘Severance’ Star Tramell Tillman (EXCLUSIVE)

UTA has signed acclaimed stage and screen actor Tramell Tillman for representation in all areas.

Tillman’s exceptional portrayal of Mr. Milchick in the highly successful “Severance” on Apple TV+, a show that set new viewing records as the platform’s most-watched series, has earned him nominations for both the SAG and Independent Spirit Awards. Joining Tillman in this critically acclaimed cast are Adam Scott, Patricia Arquette, and John Turturro.

In the upcoming “Mission: Impossible 8,” directed by Christopher McQuarrie, he is set to appear together with Tom Cruise.

Tillman has been featured on various television shows, such as “Dietland” on AMC, which was created by Marti Noxon and starred Julianna Margulies and Joy Nash. He also acted alongside Forest Whitaker in “Godfather of Harlem”. Additionally, he appeared in “Hunters,” an Amazon series with Al Pacino and Logan Lerman, and had a recurring role in the animated Hulu/Marvel series “Hit-Monkey.”

Recently, I graced the stage at MCC Theater for “Shit. Meet. Fan.” under the guidance of Robert O’Hara, sharing it with illustrious talents like Neil Patrick Harris, Debra Messing, Jane Krakowski, Constance Wu, and Garret Dillahunt. Before that, I had the privilege of working alongside Sean Hayes in “Good Night, Oscar” at the Goodman Theatre, where I brought the character Alvin to life and contributed creatively to the Broadway production. My Broadway debut was in “The Great Society” at the Vivian Beaumont Theater, alongside Brian Cox, following my performance in “Carmen Jones” at CSC with Anika Noni Rose. As a long-standing member of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, I played a pivotal role in launching Lynn Nottage’s Tony-nominated play “Sweat,” later reprising my lead role at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C.
