This update brings a host of new items, squashes pesky bugs, and introduces two exciting locations: the chic Bleuballs Boutique and the practical Pawn Shop. The latter is a game-changer as it lets me sell unwanted items to declutter my space and earn some extra cash – fantastic, isn’t it?
Despite being a great asset, players have reported an issue: the shopkeeper is absent, making it impossible for them to either purchase or sell goods, although the store is technically open.
If you’re encountering the same trouble with the absent NPC in the pawn shop, the following solution might be helpful for resolving your issue.

It’s possible that Mick Lubbin won’t show up at your pawn shop since he might be busy functioning as one of your regular dealers instead.
This NPC has a problem where he steps out of the store when required to conduct business deals.
Alrighty, here’s how I handle it when I don’t want a vendor showing up at my gaming store anymore:
1. Navigate to their details in your vendor management system.
2. Click on ‘Remove Vendor’ or something similar, depending on what the platform has labeled it.
