Due to the ongoing legal disputes between Palworld’s team and Pokemon/Nintendo, there have been significant changes in gameplay mechanics. Now, instead of using Pals for movement, players can only traverse through the air by using a Glider or a Parachute.
In Palworld, there’s a wealth of discovery waiting for you, including numerous fascinating creatures, diverse crafting methods to gather blueprints, and not forgetting the option to cross-breed every monster you catch. Consequently, it’s crucial to have a means of swift travel across the map, particularly if your goal is to capture that Rare or Legendary Pal.
In Palworld, although rapid transportation is an option, navigating effectively often involves utilizing a Glider or parachute, considering the ban on using Pals for travel. Here’s a guide on how to craft each Glider in Palworld.
How to craft a Glider
In Palworld, to build a Glider, first, ensure you’ve unlocked the Standard Parachute from the Technology interface. Remember, you can only access the Parachute once Section 5 has been unlocked, which might require some leveling up. However, you should reach that level as you progress through the tutorial.
When you’re ready, go ahead and buy the “Normal Parachute” research from the Technology Menu using two Technology Points.
First, let’s get started by preparing the Normal Parachute as a good starting point. To do so, gather the necessary components:
1. Material A (Quantity X)
2. Material B (Quantity Y)
3. Material C (Quantity Z)
4. Adhesive (Quantity W)
Now you are all set to proceed with the assembly instructions!
- 10 Wood
- 2 Cloth
It’s fortunate that you can easily obtain both materials. You can either fell trees or gather wood from the ground, and look for Lamballs or other less robust creatures within the game’s initial biome to collect Cloth.
All Gliders & how to get them
After constructing the Standard Parachute, you’ll have the capacity to build various types of Gliders, each improving upon the last one in performance.
