EA Sports UFC 5 Carlos Prates and Jean Silva Release Date

Details on tomorrow’s #UFC5 Patch

— EA SPORTS UFC (@EASPORTSUFC) November 6, 2024

Carlos Prates and Jean Silva join the EA Sports UFC 5 Roster on November 7th, 2024.

As the latest addition to the game’s Welterweight roster, they call me “The Nightmare.” In the real world, I’ve been tearing up the UFC scene since my debut, sitting at a perfect 3-0 record. My last bout was against Li Jingliang, and let me tell you, it ended with a bang – a KO/TKO victory for yours truly. Next up, I’m facing off against Neil Magny on November 9th. Let the games begin!

Jean Silva, often called “Lord” and recognized for his exceptional performance within the UFC, is another top-tier fighter. He has an impressive 3-0 record in the league, all of which have been knockouts or technical knockouts. In his last bout, he outmatched Drew Dober, forcing a stoppage that required medical attention. As Silva ascends further in his division, fans eagerly anticipate more victories and success from this promising contender.

Both combatants can now be utilized, strengthening an already formidable squad in every division they join.

Not only does the latest version bring some changes, but it also includes a list of adjustments, enhancing gameplay and other aspects. Moreover, advanced players on PS5 Pro will experience extra improvements for better graphical quality.

Gameplay

  • Fixed an issue that allowed the submissive fighter to immediately transition out of ground and pound after a diving punch or when the dominant fighter goes to postured mount after pouncing on cage knockdowns.
  • Fixed the camera angle after the reversal from full guard bottom to full guard top, against the pass to half guard (single leg reversal).

Misc. Additions and Updates

  • New assorted vanity rewards added.

PlayStation 5 Pro Updates

  • Increased display resolution to 4k during gameplay.
  • Increased frame rate of KO replays from 30fps to 60fps

As a dedicated fan, here’s my rundown on the latest UFC 5 update: It’s packed with fresh faces, Carlos Prates and Jean Silva, ready for you to take control! I can hardly wait to give them a spin. Moreover, this update also addresses various issues to enhance your gameplay experience. Keep an eye out for who else Electronic Arts Sports might add in the future, it’s going to be exciting!
