Twitch Streamer Loses It as Scorpion Crawls on Her Foot During Live Stream!

During a thrilling Twitch stream on St. Patrick’s Day (March 17), I, a dedicated fan, found myself on the edge of my seat as streamer ‘Carmaxlla’ had an unforeseen visitor! This unexpected guest sent chills down our spines, leaving both Carmaxlla and us viewers in a state of excited screams. What a memorable moment it was!

On the platform Twitch, Carmaxlla is a well-known streamer with approximately 24,000 followers. These viewers often join her for her entertaining ‘Just Chatting’ sessions.

Starting from March 2025, she commenced sharing her journeys in beautiful Costa Rica, residing at an Airbnb alongside her streaming companion MelissaBug. However, their live broadcast received an unexpected visit from an unanticipated guest, adding a touch of humor to the scene.

On March 17th, Carmaxlla was engaged in conversation with her audience from the comfort of a sofa in an Airbnb’s cozy living room. It seemed as though she noticed something on the floor near her feet.

Streamer’s broadcast crashed by massive scorpion

Upon peering at it, the livestreamer let out a terrified shriek, alerting her companion about a “scary scorpion crawling on my foot!” in a more polite and easy-to-understand manner.

Fortunately, she successfully removed it from her foot and swiftly adjusted the camera angle to reveal the creature comfortably resting on the rug below, finding amusement in the peculiar predicament and her own response.

The Carmaxlla and her companion exclaimed aloud as they displayed the scorpion, their messages echoing excitement. Similarly, her online audience shared this sentiment, posting comments in uppercase letters.

The situation intensified when the spider, having had enough, scurried off swiftly, causing both women to panic as it moved briskly with its large pincers extended in front of it.

Eventually, Carmaxlla managed to capture the scorpion using a glass container, chuckling about how close she came to being startled enough to wet herself.

She successfully placed a painting canvas under the cup and raised the creature for display in her conversation, all the while talking with her friend about their plans for it. After some deliberation, they decided to free it outside, hoping it would no longer bother them again in the wild.

It appears that Carmaxlla came across a bark scorpion, a type commonly found in Costa Rica. Despite their intimidating appearance, these creatures aren’t venomous; however, their sting can cause significant discomfort.

On a previous occasion, a live stream was disrupted by an unruly creature causing disturbance; specifically, in July 2024, Twitch streamer ‘Keth’ experienced the theft of her meal while streaming live, thanks to a pesky seagull during her adventures in Venice, Italy.
