Notable figures from the music industry head the ranking, with stars such as Post Malone, Drake, Ed Sheeran, The Weeknd, and others at the top.
Back on June 26, 2025, it was announced that Post Malone and Swae Lee’s hit single “Sunflower” surpassed all other songs in the U.S. with a staggering 3.96 billion streams on an app. This tune first dropped back in 2018 as part of the soundtrack for Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
However, although Posty’s most well-liked track is currently making progress, it hasn’t quite reached the point of being the world’s most-streamed song yet.
In the U.S., “Sunflower” by Post Malone and Swae Lee has become the all-time most streamed song, reaching an astounding 3.96 billion plays, surpassing Lil Nas X’s previous record with “Old Town Road.

As a music enthusiast, I can’t help but notice the rising star that is Alex Warren, a multi-talented TikToker and Hype House co-founder. In the first quarter of 2024, he dropped his wedding anthem “Ordinary,” which swiftly soared in popularity.
In May, Alex’s song “Ordinary” climbed to the top of Spotify’s Global Top 50 chart for that particular week, marking Alex’s very first time reaching the number one position.
