Tokenization: It's Going to Be HUGE! 🤯

Right then, old bean, brace yourselves! The experts, those chaps with their fancy charts and slide rules, are at it again. They’re predicting the growth of tokenization, you see. And it’s a right old circus! McKinsey reckons it’ll be two trillion, BCG thinks sixteen trillion, and the rest are somewhere in between. Blimey, fourteen trillion quid! That’s a lot of tea and crumpets, even for a chap like me! 😄

Since 2017, it’s been all systems go with tokenizing assets. Stocks, bonds, even those pesky bits of real estate, they’ve all gone digital. And the big boys are getting involved, the BlackRocks and the Franklin Temples of the world, they’re all hopping aboard the tokenization train. Right now, there’s more than fifty billion quid in tokenized assets, and we’ve got a cool two hundred billion quid in stablecoins. Half a trillion quid! Not bad for a bunch of digital tokens, eh?

But hold on to your hats, because the real fun is just beginning! The U.S. government has had a bit of a change of heart about crypto, and they’re all singing from the same hymn sheet now. It’s like a new era for the dollar, a Web3 dollar, if you will! And with the right attitude from the authorities, we’re looking at a whole new world of tokenized assets. We’re talking trillions, old bean, trillions! They’ve got their eyes on stablecoins and yieldcoins, potentially hitting three to five trillion by 2030. That’s a lot of moolah!

This tokenization business, it’s going to revolutionize the way we do business. Imagine, all those stocks and bonds, all those mortgages, all those bits of land, all digital! It’s the future, my boy, and it’s coming faster than you can say “cryptocurrency.” ⚡️
