If you found one “Deadpool-designed” controller with a bulky back uncomfortable, wait until you see the second one based on Wolverine, coming out alongside Deadpool and Wolverine on July 26. The notorious mercenary has introduced another controller sporting an attention-grabbing design, which may pose challenges for a firm grip.
The Wolverine Xbox controller is adorned with the distinctive hues of the famous mutant character. Its predominantly yellow exterior is accentuated by patches of blue, and its textured surface mimics the look and feel of Wolverine’s costume in his latest movie appearance. However, unlike the real Wolverine, this controller does not consist of adamantium. It was designed specifically for an Xbox contest, so it remains to be seen if it comes with retractable claws when the winner grips it too forcefully. The controller’s solid back end can also be detached if you prefer to use it without it.
At the same time, Xbox is holding a contest where Deadpool fans have a chance to win something bigger.
