This Streamer Took Out Elden Ring DLC's Toughest Boss With One Attack, Here's How

As a seasoned Elden Ring gamer with thousands of hours under my belt, I can confidently say that the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion has been the most challenging From Software experience yet. The final boss, Radahn, is no joke and requires meticulous preparation and strategic planning to defeat.

The Shadow of the Erdtree expansion in Elden Ring, From Software’s latest challenge, is renowned for its difficulty and intimidating final boss. However, contrary to belief, even these formidable foes can be conquered with just one well-timed attack. With adequate preparation, strategic buffs, and a stockpile of potions, slaying a deity becomes an achievable feat. As demonstrated by Twitch streamer Ainrun in the video below, thorough preparation enabled him to execute such a powerful blow that it skipped the second phase of this epic battle altogether.

From the creators of 49k Midra comes 93k Radahn

To accomplish this feat, Ainrun consumed numerous potions such as Wondrous Physick and Bloodboil Aromatic, simultaneously triggering buffs like Rallying Standard and Seppuku. Ultimately, he employed Royal Knight’s Resolve Ash of War to amplify the power of his subsequent attack, enabling him to fatalistically strike down Promised Consort Radahn with a devastating blow inflicting 93,000 damage points.

“In my latest attempt against Radahn, I pushed him to his limit using all the boosts from the DLC and base game. However, I fell short of dealing over 100,000 damage to him. I managed to surpass that threshold on weaker foes, but couldn’t quite figure out how to do it with Radahn. Perhaps with more practice, I’ll succeed.”

If you’re among the players who don’t constantly carry a pouch of potions for healing, Radahn can technically be defeated without taking any damage at all. This feat has been achieved by Elden Ring legend Let Me Solo Him, formerly known as Let Me Solo Her. Through masterful memorization of enemy patterns, skillful dodging, and clever use of multiple Antspur Rapiers, he was able to vanquish the final boss.

After its launch, Shadow of the Erdtree has sparked debates once again about its challenge level. Some gamers have strongly objected to the idea of employing summoned allies during combat.

Some gamers choose to skip using a powerful gameplay feature in Shadow of the Erdtree, but those who do solely to showcase their skills are missing out on the game’s most striking moment: the unforgettable encounter with Igon, where you summon him to aid in the battle against the fearsome dragon Bayle.
