This Final Fantasy Game Is Shutting Down Later This Year

As a dedicated fan of gaming and particularly of the Final Fantasy series, I must say it’s a bittersweet moment to see the end of Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Since its launch in 2016, this game has provided an immersive and engaging experience that surpassed expectations day by day.


Square Enix, the gaming company, has declared that the mobile strategy game, Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, will cease operation on October 30th, 2021. The game initially debuted in Japan back in 2015, and it was launched globally two years later, in 2016.

In simple terms since the launch of Final Fantasy Brave Exvius on June 30, 2016, our goal has been to deliver an exceptional gaming experience for our players every day, exceeding the previous one. However, we’ve realized that maintaining this high-quality app service on a daily basis has become increasingly challenging, leading us to decide that it is best to discontinue the app service.

1. The game has been removed from retail stores and digital bundles, but those who have already downloaded it can continue playing it up to the specified shutdown date. Scheduled in-game events will also progress as normal.
