Patrick Schwarzenegger will be watching the final two episodes of “The White Lotus” on his own.
On “The Drew Barrymore Show,” Arnold Schwarzenegger, known for his role as the wealthy, insecure Saxon Ratliff on the Mike White drama, shared that he plans to watch the last episodes of Season 3 without his parents, concerned about their potential reactions to the show’s most daring scenes yet.
Initially, host Barrymore initiated the discussion by showing a video where Maria Shriver, Schwarzenegger’s mother, inquired about which ‘White Lotus’ episode he was most anxious for her to view, asking, “Which ‘White Lotus’ episode are you apprehensive I might watch?
She mentioned, “I believe each time, you’ve felt apprehensive about watching,” referring to her son’s nude scene in the show’s premiere. “You continue to say, ‘That’s not him, that’s a prop,'” she noted.
As a devoted cinephile, it was somewhat unsettling to screen the initial episode alongside my entire family, given that I make an appearance sans a few garments. However, I’m confident that future episodes will be more suitable for viewing without the whole brood present.
Barrymore wondered how he’d handle being trapped at a family gathering. Schwarzenegger joked that he’d undoubtedly find an excuse to slip away, like needing to use the restroom, before things became uncomfortable.
“The next episodes, they’re crazy,” he added.
Despite feeling apprehensive right now, there might be no cause for concern. Following the debut of “The White Lotus” Season 3, father Arnold Schwarzenegger commended his son’s acting skills and joked about the revealing scene he was in.
