Jimmy, also known as ‘MrBeast’, has spoken up following some hiccups with the “MrBeast Experience” at a Las Vegas resort, which didn’t turn out as smoothly as expected for several guests.

Over the weekend of April 13th-15th, I was fortunate enough to be part of an extraordinary event at Resorts World in Las Vegas – a thrilling experience branded as the “MrBeast Event.

At a cost of $1000 per attendee, a since-removed advertisement for the event guaranteed an exclusive “mystery bag” filled with merchandise from YouTube sensation MrBeast. One fortunate participant would additionally receive a $10,000 shopping voucher to spend at Resorts World.

Furthermore, during the week, various engaging activities will be held right at the property for visitors, offering them an immersive and memorable experience.

Despite not going exactly as anticipated, it seems that attendees found the occasion lacked unique experiences, and many felt let down by the unimpressive assortment of items in the merchandise bag. The dissatisfaction spread rapidly on social media, catching the attention of MrBeast himself who promptly addressed the issue.

Users slam MrBeast Experience on social media

In one of the initial videos shared, Jamiey Photography on Instagram asserted that there weren’t any activation events during the event, and the merchandise bag wasn’t delivered until the second out of the three scheduled nights.

At Resorts World, we’re participating in the MrBeast Experience, but it’s just awful, awful. Yesterday was our first day here, and there wasn’t much information provided. We were instructed to wait in our room for a delivery containing merchandise.

As Jamiey reports, they patiently waited for three hours only to learn that their bag wouldn’t arrive that day. Instead, they received a box of Feastables chocolate. Disappointedly, she then searched the resort for the activities they’d been promised, finding out that no arrangements had been made and eventually discovering they were all cancelled.

On social media platforms, numerous individuals, much like Jamiey, expressed similar sentiments about the event. Additionally, quite a few people are now demanding complete refunds of their purchase.

According to Theresa Metta in a report by Las Vegas’ 8 News Now, she had expected mini-games, opportunities for interaction, photo sessions, unique beverages, and various other activities. However, unfortunately, none of those things materialized as planned.

A different lady mentioned that she enrolled herself for the event to honor her son’s birthday. She explained, “I merely wanted to provide him with an exceptional experience, but unluckily, in my role as a mother, I believe I didn’t meet his expectations.

MrBeast responds to frustrated fans after Vegas event goes sideways

A disgruntled spectator expressed their opinions on social media, specifically mentioning MrBeast in a post about X.

Hey MrBeast! I’m currently at Resorts World, participating in your experience, but it’s been over 24 hours and nothing has happened yet. Are there any planned activities or events for this experience? I’m just sitting here in the room, waiting to see what’s going on.

Immediately, the YouTube content creator shared that arrangements are being made for those impacted to visit his real-life production studio located in North Carolina.

The YouTuber swiftly disclosed plans for inviting all those affected to take a behind-the-scenes look at his authentic studio based in North Carolina.

Or, more casually:

Without delay, the YouTube personality spilled the beans on setting up tours for everyone impacted at his actual NC studio.

Hey there! It turns out the outcome isn’t what we anticipated they would provide,” he expressed. “My team is actively addressing the issue, and I’d be thrilled to extend a personal gesture by inviting those affected for a tour of my real studio! I’m looking forward to meeting all of you, and my team will be reaching out to everyone soon.

Hello! I must admit, the service they provided wasn’t what we had anticipated. Fear not, as my team has already started working on it. To make amends, I would be delighted to extend an invitation for a tour of my real-life studio to you and anyone else who was affected by this situation. We’re eagerly looking forward to meeting you all! My team will be reaching out to everyone soon 😀
