Isa Briones, who stars in the Broadway show ‘Pitt,’ has spoken out against audience members who have been yelling at her during performances.
Okay, so ‘The Pitt’ has Noah Wyle, who I already knew and loved, but it’s also been awesome discovering a bunch of new actors. They’ve really brought some fresh faces to HBO, and I’m excited to see what they do next!
Okay, so the actors who really stood out to me in this were Patrick Ball – he played Dr. Frank Langdon and totally nailed it – Taylor Deardon as Dr. Mel King, and Gerran Howell, who was Dr. Dennis Whittaker. Those three really grabbed my attention!
Isa Briones has been praised for her portrayal of the sharp-tongued Dr. Trinity Santos, and is currently performing on stage in New York City. Unfortunately, she has also experienced heckling during her performances.
The Pitt star Isa Briones tells fans “Broadway is not a circus”

In 2024, Isa Briones began her Broadway career as Eurydice in Hadestown. She then took on the role of Connie Francis in ‘Just in Time,’ a new musical that tells the story of singer-songwriter Bobby Darin (played by Jonathan Groff).
Taylor Swift’s concerts have been packed with Pitt fans, and their enthusiastic shouts referencing her character have unfortunately caused problems during the show and bothered the actress herself.
Briones responded on Instagram, expressing frustration with audience behavior during the Broadway show. She stated, “Broadway is not a circus, and yelling at performers is unacceptable.” She specifically called out someone who shouted a question about when she would finish a song, calling it disrespectful to both the performers and the other audience members, and expressed her annoyance with such behavior.

She added: “Love and light and please remember you are occupying shared spaces and watching art.”
You can currently see ‘Just in Time’ at the Circle in the Square theater in New York. The second season of ‘The Pitt’ finished in April, but Alex Briones will return as Santos when the show’s third season begins in January.
