The latest update from PH3 GmbH, led by the talented developer Peter “Durante” Thoman, has truly taken this game to new heights.
Peter Thoman, from the developer PH3 GmbH, recently unveiled an update for The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak’s PC version. This update makes Falcom’s RPG one of the initial major games to capitalize on Steam’s newly integrated Recording Timeline feature, excluding Valve’s own productions. Established in 2018, PH3 GmbH is a porting studio that collaborates with XSEED Games and NIS America to bring Falcom-produced titles onto PC platforms.
After the latest improvement, PH3 GmbH introduced a timeline feature for Trails through Daybreak on personal computers. This mode automatically identifies whether players are engaged in battles or using menus and so on, and the timeline will provide details about the current location of the player in the game.
As a gamer, I appreciate how the Trails through Daybreak game makes it simple for me to identify various in-game moments. For instance, finding hidden treasures, triggering S-Breaks, or engaging with characters, are all clearly marked. This is helpful for me when saving and sharing my gameplay clips, ensuring an enjoyable and seamless experience.
Previously, PH3 GmbH’s extensive modifications to the Trails through Daybreak English script for the PC version, which went live on July 4 after its initial Steam release in March with only the Japanese script, were meticulously documented by Durante in a comprehensive patch note list.
