The Elder Scrolls: Castles Gets September Release Date

As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for all things Elder Scrolls, I must say, my heart skipped a beat when I heard the news about The Elder Scrolls: Castles. Having spent countless hours delving into the rich lore and expansive worlds of Tamriel, the prospect of a new mobile game in the series has me more than excited.

Bethesda Game Studios has set a global release date for The Elder Scrolls: Castles, the newest addition to the Elder Scrolls franchise, which is due out on mobile devices on September 10.

As a dedicated gamer, I’m super excited to share that Bethesda Game Studios just dropped a bombshell on their official Twitter account! They revealed the release date for The Elder Scrolls: Castles, and it looks like a fantastic continuation from Fallout Shelter. Craig Lafferty, the director of mobile games at Bethesda, and Veronique Bruneau, production director, shared some insights about the game in a video post. Lafferty described The Elder Scrolls: Castles as the spiritual successor to Fallout Shelter, promising an engaging experience where I’ll be building my very own castle, ensuring it runs smoothly and assigning the right roles to the right people, just like in Shelter. Can’t wait to jump into this new adventure!

We can’t wait to share with you that our latest mobile game, TESCastles, developed by the creators of Fallout Shelter, will be available worldwide starting September 10th! We hope you have as much fun playing it as we had creating it. Listen to what Production Director Veronique Bruneau has to say…

In The Elder Scrolls: Castles, I found it intriguing how a single real-life day equals one year in the game world. Watching my castle grow and adapt alongside my rule is quite a sight. My choices in customizing the castle play a crucial role in determining my success. Plus, there’s a roguelite mode where I can send my subjects to battle endless hordes of enemies for rewards. By equipping enchantments, I try to boost their survivability and endure as long as possible in these intense fights.

It’s important to note that The Elder Scrolls: Castles has been available for gameplay for some time now. Last year, it was covertly released, and could be found on the Google Play Store as an early access title. At the start of this year, it was announced once more, offering players the chance to pre-register for it.
