If you haven’t seen it, The Toxic Crusaders was a TV series based on the horror-comedy film The Toxic Avenger. The violence was adjusted for younger viewers. The main character, Toxie, used to be a janitor who was constantly tormented by bullies. One day, he came into contact with toxic waste, transforming him into a powerful mutant. He then teamed up with other outcast mutants to fight against wrongdoers.
