Tectone Spills the Shocking Truth Behind His Surprise Twitch Ban and Calls Out frogan

On April 26, 2025, Tectone found himself unexpectedly banned from Twitch, leaving him puzzled about the cause. Although Twitch typically provides a broad explanation for bans, determining the exact reason can sometimes prove challenging.

Sometimes, it can be unclear whom an individual harassed or when they did so, especially if their account is banned for violating Terms of Service and harassing someone, as the timing of their actions in relation to the ban may not always be apparent.

Given that Tectone’s suspension occurred amidst a flurry of drama with V-Tuber Sinder, it’s possible that several factors contributed to his removal from Twitch, despite the general explanation provided for the ban.

However, Tectone claims he knows exactly why he was banned: Insulting Twitch streamer frogan.

Tectone claims he was banned for insulting frogan

Froggan has had her fair share of trouble on Twitch, including receiving a ban due to questionable remarks, and being involved in various other contentious situations, such as the Content Cop episode by iDubbbz focusing on H3.

Although he didn’t specify the exact remarks he made about frogan during his live stream, he admitted that those comments led to his ban. Additionally, he wasn’t complimentary about frogan on Twitter either.

Indeed, I was temporarily banned for two weeks due to my comment about frogan being overweight and using inappropriate language. To be clear, I don’t regret what I said, and I still believe it to be true. However, moving forward, I will try not to mention her again because any discussion involving her only serves to keep her relevant. Instead, I prefer for her punishment to come from her own lack of success as a streamer. By the way, I should add that I’ve won two rising star awards in the industry, and I’m definitely not just a plant.

Tectone stated that it seems absurd to him, as he was banned for two weeks just for calling someone overweight, while actions seen on Hasan or Denims’ streams daily are significantly worse and yet they don’t even receive a warning.

It’s noteworthy that both Hasan and Frogan have experienced Twitch bans previously, with Frogan being suspended from Twitch for a full month.

Tectone opted to stream his content on YouTube as a workaround for the ban, and managed to pull in over 12,000 simultaneous viewers and accumulate more than $5,000 in donations within the initial hour of streaming. Despite being banned from Twitch, he has not faced difficulties attracting an audience elsewhere.
