Taylor Frankie Paul, known for her role in “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” has expressed her intent to become the next Bachelorette on “The Bachelorette.” In an appearance on “Call Her Daddy” on September 10, she explained, “Given that my relationship wasn’t working out, some people suggested I join ‘The Bachelorette.'” She also posted a TikTok video on June 17, labeled as her application for the show, lip-syncing to a video featuring Lindsay Lohan and referencing an online dating profile. Paul mentioned that people began tagging “The Bachelorette” in their comments, urging her to join, which she initially viewed as a joke.
In 2022, I was the one who set off a wave in the Mormon Wives series when I unveiled the “soft swinging” scandal within the Mormon community that led to my divorce from Tate Paul. This revelation exposed a practice where swinging without full intimacy was reportedly common among Mormon families, and Tate and I had partaken in this with our close friends at the time. The aftermath of the scandal saw me enter a relationship with Dakota Mortensen, whom you might recognize from Mormon Wives. Currently, I am a mother to three children-two born to my former husband and one with Dakota. Recently, I confirmed my split from Dakota in January of this year. As for my love life now, I told CHD, “I’ve never dated multiple people before, so that would be new territory for me.
Paul isn’t the sole cast member from “Mormon Wives” to feature in an ABC reality show this year. Both Whitney Leavitt and Jen Affleck are set to appear on “Dancing With the Stars” season 34, starting September 16. On the other hand, the next installment of “Mormon Wives” comes out November 13, preceding “The Bachelorette” in 2026. So, we wonder if #MomTok can endure this?
