If you love the British comedy show Taskmaster, where contestants complete silly challenges – like listing five-letter words, drawing faces on sausages, or popping balloons (the other balloons!) – and think you’d excel at them, you’re in luck! The show, which has gained a devoted following, is coming to the U.S. in January 2026. You can even participate as one of the five competitors and perform for Taskmaster Greg Davies and his sidekick, Alex Horne (who created the series).
The hit show Taskmaster is coming to the U.S. for a tour in January 2025, following a promotional visit for its 19th season starring Jason Mantzoukas. The tour will include shows in New York City (January 22-23), Chicago (January 15), Boston (January 17), Philadelphia (January 19), and Washington, D.C. (January 21). Each show will feature different celebrity guests and give audience members a chance to participate in challenges. Attendees can also expect tasks designed by Alex Horne for the whole crowd, a Q&A with Greg Davies and Alex Horne, and exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from the series.
Tickets will be available starting December 9th, but fans on our mailing list can buy them a day early on December 8th. The 21st season of Taskmaster has already been filmed. Don’t miss the fourth Champion of Champions IV episode, featuring Maisie Adam (winner of season 20), which will be released on YouTube on December 22nd. Plus, two new Taskmaster’s New Year Treat episodes will air on January 2nd and 3rd. And if you manage to win the coveted bust of the Taskmaster’s head, you might want to start planning where to put it – perhaps a quiet corner of the garage, like Kerry Godliman did after winning season seven?
