A new update for Tales of Berseria Remastered is available now, adding support for 120 frames per second on PC and including fixes for Steam Deck, among other improvements.
The latest update is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The Nintendo Switch update will come out at a later time. This update includes fixes for problems with subtitles and graphics, and also includes PC-specific improvements. For those new to the remastered version, it includes all the original game’s downloadable content, plus several enhancements to make the game easier to enjoy, including immediate access to the Grade Shop. Tales of Berseria Remastered is out now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

- Steam Version 120fps is now selectable in the frame rate settings.
*When 120fps is selected, gameplay runs at 120fps, while cutscenes and animations run at 60fps.
Performance may vary depending on your system.
- Steam Version Fixed an issue where, under specific conditions in the “Graphics Options” for “Window” or “Fullscreen” settings, the resolution would change even when not manually adjusted.
- Steam Edition Fixed an issue where progress would become impossible after viewing the epilogue of the sub-event “Zabida’s Style” and then closing the map for “New Sanctuary: The Holy Lord’s Throne”.
- Steam Version Fixed an issue on SteamDeck where saving resolution settings in “Graphics Options” under specific conditions caused the screen to go black and progress to become impossible.
- Steam Version Fixed an issue on SteamDeck where switching “Resolution” or “Screen Mode” in “Graphics Options” while in Gaming Mode caused the game to become unplayable
- Fixed an issue where dialogue subtitles after battles would not display when “Subtitle Display” was set to “No Subtitles” in “Config”.
- Fixed an issue where pieces could not be moved in the “Slide Puzzle” minigame
- Fixed various graphical glitches
- Fixed other issues hindering game progression
