Sydney Sweeney is selling her bathwater & fans are going insane

Actress Sydney Sweeney, known for her popularity, has shared plans to begin offering her previously-used bathwater, inspired by the success of other influential figures, due to fan requests.

Back in 2019, it wasn’t unheard of for someone to capitalize on an unusual opportunity. Internet sensation and cosplayer Belle Delphine generated a massive online buzz when she began collecting her bathwater for eager fans and offered bottles at $30.00 each.

Amouranth, a popular streamer on Kick and Twitch, joined the trend by offering bottles of her own hot tub water from her live streams, and she even contemplated expanding the concept with ‘Gamer Girl Bath Water’ energy drinks.

Currently, Sydney Sweeney has become the newest celebrity to hop on board with the trend of bath products, as she unveiled her new line in a post on Instagram, dated May 29th.

Sydney Sweeney reveals how she’s selling her bathwater

In the year 2024, Sydney Sweeney featured in commercials for the eco-friendly soap brand Dr. Squatch, portraying the character of a ‘Soap Genie.’

As reported by Sweeney, following the release of one of her advertisements titled ‘Dirty Little Boys’, where she was shown in a bathtub, her fans were incessantly curious about the water she used in that bath.

The company says that after they released the ad, they opted to keep the water from the bath.

To ensure her fans weren’t left wanting, the actress and Dr Squatch chose to fulfill their demands by launching a new soap product.

Presenting Sydney’s Bathwater Delight! This exclusive, truly unique soap is crafted using my own bath water,” she announced.

The exact number of bars that will be released or their pricing details are still unclear, but considering the high demand from fans, it’s unlikely they’ll stay in stores for a prolonged period.
